			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>沙面的La Dolce Vita餐厅已经关闭了。所以这次来到了La Dolce Vita的珠江新城店了。这里的环境比起沙面那里差多了。不过好彩这里的pizza出品还是那么好。</p>
<p>下边那个是大四喜pizza，个名真是好特别啊。这个pizza是店员话是鬼佬经常点的pizza。点知道一上来发觉这个大四喜pizza一片肉都没有的，上当啊！！！！！ 不过吃落就好好味道，cheese味非常浓，有点咸。因为这个四喜pizza其实是有4种cheese放在上边的。除了有马苏里拉芝士，还有蓝波，黄波cheese等。虽然睇落好斋，不过其实入边还是有点肉丝的。</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>国庆前去了广州体育东路的OGGI总店吃pizza。这间pizza店想来好久了。不过偶不喜欢去天河那附近活动，所以一路都没有去这间店。由于有两张飞扬电影城的免费票，所以去哪里睇电影，顺便去OGGI总店吃pizza。之前去过OGGI的其他分店吃Pizza，知道他的pizza出品唔错。而且听讲这里的pizza是由意大利师傅亲手做的。不过那天我们去到并没有看见鬼佬厨司做Pizza，做pizza的还是国人。不过这些都估计到了。</p>

<p>今天点的pizza是鲜马苏里拉Pizza。还有一个南瓜鸟机。本来还想点白汁意粉的，不过这里没有白汁意粉。我本来不喜欢吃白汁意粉的，不过在OGGI的宜安分店吃过他们的白汁意粉后就喜欢上了。但是没有估到来了总店居然没有这个品种。宜安哪里有的牛角pizza这里也没有。不过有另外一款比较相似的品种。</p>

<p>这个黄黄地的一碟东西就是”南瓜鸟机”,看上去并不是很好看，不过吃起来还是不错的。上边除了南瓜还有烟芝士，红色边那些就是了。</p>
<p>这次pizza比较失望，并不是太好吃，可能由于鲜马苏里拉的原因，导致pizza皮不吃起来有点木。感觉比较差。虽然pizza皮的边缘和沙面的伊特利(<a rel="bookmark" href="http://daozhao.goflytoday.com/2010/04/la-dolce-vita/">La Dolce Vita</a>)非常相似，有点面包的feel。鲜马苏里拉的味道非常淡，可以讲没有味道。我开始点这个pizza的时候以为pizza底是不会放芝士在焗炉焗的。好像白pizza那样。其实是和普通Pizza一样的做法。焗完之后再在上边放新鲜马苏里拉芝士在上边。</p>

<p>不过下次如果有机会还是会再来一次尝试，因为OGGI的分店的Pizza的确另我非常回味。可能今次点的pizza不合我的口味。这间OGGI价格感觉比较贵，感觉比沙面的伊特利还贵。<br />

<p>讲明就是意大利餐厅，当然要试这里的pizza啦。才20元左右的价格就有一个9寸的pizza，不过感觉不够9寸大。不过唔够大并不重要，最重要的是这pizza非常难吃，比起pizza hut的还难吃。可以讲非常失望。请大家不要尝试了。</p>

<p>下一个美吃是墨鱼汁意粉。这个意粉味道非常好吃，与pizza完全两个境界。感觉墨鱼汁有点鲜味，如果不喜欢这种味道可能觉得有腥味。这个墨鱼汁意粉非常值得推介。</p>

<p>下边那个是意大利饭。吃起来的确有点意大利饭的感觉。不会是普通的饭。当然和真正的意大利饭还是有小小差距。不过胜在价钱便宜。</p>

<p>下边这个是金枪鱼沙拉，金枪鱼分量非常多。下边那个已经是差不多吃完了。还剩下2/3的金枪鱼。这里的沙拉大概10元一个。非常超值。</p>

<p>总体来讲这间餐厅非常好，因为性价比非常高。不过千万不要点pizza。否则你会后悔。<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>我比较喜欢意大利的美食，特别喜欢吃pizza。在菲律宾的妈妈拍丝瓜之旅后，听到朋友介绍广州沙面这间意大利餐厅。所以特意去哪里吃了两次。pizza比较美味可口。而且pizza的价格不算贵，大概60-80元左右一个，12寸的。两个人吃一个pizza足够了。除非你吃量惊人。这里的pizza口味和我在菲律宾妈妈拍丝瓜岛上那间意大利餐厅吃的口味比较接近。pizza的皮感觉比较特别，个pizza皮边有点像面包的感觉。比较特别。</p>

<p><span id="more-841"></span>上边是第一次去这个餐厅吃的菜。</p>
<p>下边是第二次去吃的东西，这次没有吃pizza了。因为那天不太想吃太多东西。特别要推荐的是下边这个雪糕，比较好吃，而且特别，名字叫：朱古力心太软雪糕。在最下边是刚刚新鲜烘焙出来的朱古力蛋糕，上台的时候还热的。雪糕就盖在朱古力蛋糕上边。所以一上台就要快点吃，我照了两张照片后，雪糕就溶化了不少。非常美味。</p>

<p>下边的沙拉也要介绍下，名字好像叫芦拉沙律，不知道是否有记错。我老婆最喜欢点些特别的东西，未听过的名字都喜欢点。这次点了这个芦拉沙律，上菜的时候傻傻望了一会儿。就是一堆草。这次我们变左只牛了。要吃草。上边还有几片cheese。味道都可以。不过这堆杂草不便宜。</p>

<p>这间餐厅不错，不过价格还是有点贵。不过如果你单单点pizza，不点太多其它东西的话，价格可能比pizza hut还便宜。<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>好久没有写过烘焙的制作文章了，因为最近比较忙，没有什么时间研究。现在写篇关于曲奇的制作，是早两个月的试验品。<br />
曲奇的制作非常简单，是烘焙的入门产品。难度比较小。我们第一次制作就成功了。而且口味也非常好。可以和蓝罐曲奇一较高下。</p>
<p>首先是准备材料：<br />
1、低筋面粉200克。<br />
2、黄油130克。<br />
3、细砂糖35克。<br />
4、糖粉65克。<br />
5、鸡蛋1只（要用正常大小的鸡蛋，千万不要用那些营养不良的所谓出生蛋）。<br />

制作步骤：<br />
一、黄油在制作前提前放到室温软化，记住是软化不是容化，千万不要把黄油容到水那样。</p>

<p>二、在软化后的黄油倒入糖粉、细砂糖，搅拌均匀。搅拌均为后需要用打蛋器不断搅打，将黄油打发。</p>

<p>三、黄油打发到颜色比原来的颜色稍稍变浅，并且体积比原来涨大。</p>

<p>四、把鸡蛋分开2-3次倒入，并用打蛋器搅黄油和鸡蛋完全融合，千万不要偷懒，每次倒入后都要完全融合才倒下一次。</p>
<p>五、最后你会发现打发好的黄油呈现轻盈、膨松的质地。</p>
<p>七、低筋面粉过筛倒入黄油糊。用橡皮刮刀把面粉和黄油糊搅拌均匀，不要搅拌太久，因为面粉搅拌太久会起根的，会影响口感。</p>

<p>八、把曲奇面糊放入裱花袋，将曲奇面糊挤在烤盘上了。（裱花代可以使用中号的菊花裱花嘴）</p>

<p>九、把曲奇放进预热好的烤箱，180度烤10分钟，表面金黄色即可出炉。冷却后马上可以吃了。吃不完记得用密封罐装好。</p>

<p>首先是材料准备啦。</p>
<p>1、消化饼干100克<br />
2、黄油50克（用于饼底制作） 和10克（巧克力面层）。<br />
3、奶油奶酪(cream cheese)250克<br />
4、鸡蛋2个<br />
5、细砂糖50克<br />
6、动物性淡奶油60ML+60ML<br />
7、黑巧克力70克<br />
8、淡奶油60克</p>

<p><span id="more-352"></span>第一步：制作饼底。</p>
<p>1、用保鲜袋口装住消化饼干，用棍压成碎末状。越碎越好。</p>

<p>2、然后隔水把50克黄油融化。</p>

<p>3、把饼碎倒入黄油中并搞匀。</p>

<p>4、在蛋糕模（活底）中抹上油，并把混合好黄油的饼碎放入模中，并压平（请用点力压实）。</p>

<p>第二步：最主要的芝士蛋糕体。</p>
<p>1、隔水融化奶油芝士（cream cheese）,在融化后加入细砂糖，搞打均匀，cream cheese呈羽状。</p>

<p>2、继续把两只鸡蛋分两次加入，并搞打均匀。最后加入谈奶油60克。继续搞打。</p>

<p>3、倒入刚才做好的饼底。跟着用震模大法，把芝士糊搞平。并在模外围包上锡纸</p>

<p>4、放入焗炉，隔水法，上下火，160度，1个小时。记得预热。出炉后不用脱帽，返在一边冷却。</p>

<p>第三步：巧克力面层制作。</p>
<p>1、把黄牛、巧克力切成细块，倒入60ML谈奶油，隔水融化。</p>

<p>2、倒入冷却后的蛋糕面。有来一次震模打法。平整巧克力面。</p>

<p>大功告成。不过未有得吃住。要待其冷却后在放入冰箱3-4小时后才可以拿出来脱模，吃得。</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>我比较喜欢意大利美吃，特别是pizza。早排朋友介绍左间意大利餐厅（OCCI）。在惠福东路，在北京路走过去，走到差不多靠近教育路口。上星期5去了那里开大餐。看到都几多外国人在这里吃饭。好彩不用等位。这里的厨房是开放式的，可以看到厨师做pizza的过程。我当然不错过这个偷师的机会啦。</p>
<p>这里的价钱pizza不太贵，大概是40多到70左右的价钱，有分大中小的分量。这里的pizza有不落番茄酱的。也有不下cheese的pizza。这次试了不下番茄酱的pizza。下次要试下不下cheese的pizza是怎样的。这里的pizza是意大利风格&#8212;皮薄。</p>

<p>ps:很多人认识pizza是从pizza hut开始。我也是从pizza hut开始认识pizza .不过我现在觉得那里的pizza是最难吃的pizza。请大家要试pizza的话千万不要去pizza hut吃。好多地方的pizza都比pizza hut美味。<br />

<p>1、cream cheese奶油芝士150克  （网上攻略一般用250克的，由于我做其它芝士蛋糕的时候用左100克，剩下150克。）<br />
2、鲜奶油250ml    （网上攻略一般使用200ml的。由于我买回来的包装是250ml包装）<br />
3、牛奶100ml<br />
4、消化饼（200克）（用普通的消化饼就可以了，这次用了麦维他，亏大了。单单饼干成本就去了10元）。<br />
5、黄油100克<br />
6、柠檬半个<br />
7、糖50克</p>

<p>步骤1、压碎消化饼。如果有厚点的保鲜袋，请用厚点的。要不然好像我们那样，那个袋到处都是孔，漏左唔小。</p>

<p>2、溶化黄油，然后把压好的饼碎倒入其中。抄到有点香味。然后放入蛋糕模中。平铺在蛋糕模底部。用手用力压实。</p>

<p>3、芝士放入大碗中，倒入50ml的牛奶，隔水溶化并用打蛋器搞打。</p>

<p>4、发达奶油（cream）。把打蛋器清洁干净。在奶油中倒入50ml牛奶。发打到7成左右，何谓7成。就是打成糊状就可以。看看平时外边买那些生日蛋糕。外边那层奶油是怎样就怎样。 然后加入之前溶化的芝士糊，和砂糖，柠檬汁。继续用打蛋器把它们混合均匀。</p>

<p>5、把混合后的糊倒入蛋糕模中。想办法抹平表层。我觉得最好的办法是用手捉住蛋糕模，使劲地震动。</p>
<p>6、最后放入雪柜2-3小时。</p>

<p>7、从雪柜中取出蛋糕。用风筒对着蛋糕模外围吹，边吹边转动。大概1分钟。就可以脱模了。（最好大家用活底模）</p>

<p>首先是材料，来个大合照先。</p>

<p>1、奶油芝士(cream cheese ) 100克   &#8212;-轻芝士蛋糕比较小chees，制作成本也相应小点，上次<a title="芝士蛋糕制作" href="http://daozhao.goflytoday.com/2009/02/cheese-cake1/">那一个芝士蛋糕要用就250克</a>。<br />
2、鸡蛋 4个。<br />
3、黄油（butter)50克<br />
4、牛奶100克。<br />
5、 柠檬汁小许，半个柠檬压汁的分量。<br />
6、低筋面粉60克。<br />
7、玉米淀粉30克。<br />
8、白砂糖 30克（这个和奶油芝士一起混合）和60克（这个和蛋白发打时候加入）</p>

<p>步骤：</p>
<p>1、奶油芝士，返在不锈钢大碗中隔水溶化。然后加入30克砂糖。<br />
2、用打蛋机搞打，把芝士搞到没有颗粒状。再分多次加入蛋黄，打搞均匀。（记得分开蛋白。）</p>

3、在芝士糊中分别加入牛奶，柠檬汁搅拌均匀。再加入面粉和玉米淀粉。加面粉和玉米淀粉的时候一边过筛一边加入一边搅拌。搅拌的时候不要东搅搅西搅搅。要按着一个方向搅动。<br />

<p>4、把黄油（butter)在平底不黏镬上溶化，不要太大火，小火就好。要不然糊了。最好提前做好这个步骤，或者叫助手做。我就叫左我的御用助手我老婆做这个步骤啦。哈哈。</p>

<p>5、溶化后黄油倒入刚才面粉芝士糊中。搅拌均匀。</p>

<p>6、现在到关键时候了，打蛋白。蛋白打得好坏，直接影响蛋糕的成型。把之前的使用过的打蛋器清洁干净。确保无油无水。把小许的柠檬汁倒入蛋白里。然后用打蛋机把蛋白打到湿性发泡（8成发）。何谓湿性发泡，请看下图。</p>

<p>7、把蛋白和芝士，面粉糊 作最后混合。蛋白分多次加入芝士面粉糊。用刮刀按照一个方向搅拌均匀。</p>
<p>8、把混合好的糊放入焗炉，焗炉需要提前10分钟预热，设置温度为摄氏150°，焗60分钟就可以了。</p>

<p>由于挂着照相片，忘记把蛋糕倒扣散热。不用1分钟的时间。蛋糕不停地回缩。天啊。。再次失败。</p>

<p>最后检讨失败原因。最后吃的蛋糕的时候发觉还内部还有好多水分。估计未熟晒。是火候没有掌握得不好。要上网再搜索下是什么原因先。<br />
